About Troy Dunham

Troy Dunham practices in the law and procedure of civil discovery, investigations, and government demands and requests. He began working in what would come to be known as “electronic discovery” in 1999 by happenstance. After achieving credentials as a Microsoft Certified Professional, Troy began work as a Systems Administrator and IT Director at a litigation consulting firm in San Francisco’s Financial District. Not long after, he moved from maintaining the firm’s infrastructure to performing forensic data collection and analysis using EnCase. During this time, Troy returned to school to pursue his Juris Doctorate and become an attorney licensed to practice in California and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since then, Troy has rounded his eDiscovery experience by working hands-on and as a manager at consulting firms, AmLaw 100 law firms, and litigation support service providers.
